Consulting

Consists of meeting with our event coordinator and asking questions based on the area or areas they need help in. This may consist of discussing design ideas, confirming or suggesting vendors, hotels, or venues choices. 

 

Pricing: Initial consultation is $150

 

The consultation fee will be applied to the cost of your wedding/event if you choose one of our packages and sign a contract.


Once the consultation is complete if you do not book your wedding/event with Social Elevation Events the fee is non-refundable

Wedding Officiant

Services: Civil Union, Interfaith Ceremony, Non-religious Ceremony, Single Religion Ceremony

 

Simply Married 

The couple has recently applied for a marriage liscense and want to marry immediately.

 

This package is billed at $100 (Short Service)

 

Intertwined

Service is tailored to your needs and specifications. We will travel to where you are. Service can be performed any where you desire. Your home, a special venue, park, beach, etc. This package also includes rehearsal 

 

This package is billed at $250 (Standard Service)

 

Destination Events

We can create a destination event that can be as simple or lavish as you desire. There are many great options to fit various budgets

Ceremony Coordination

Ceremony Coordination is for the bride who just wants a helping hand on her wedding day. The coordinator will make sure the ceremony runs smoothly, coordinate the wedding party, make sure the groomsmen and bridesmaids are lined up correctly for the processional and ceremony, and assist with getting the bride and down the aisle

 

Ceremony Coordination package is billed at $200.

Day of Coordination

Day of Coordination is for the client that wants full responsibility for planning their own event or wedding and needs assistance to make sure all facets of the event or wedding are executed the day of the event. We take over and ensure the client can focus on their day and their event is what they envisioned. We get involved 1-2 weeks before the wedding or event. During our initial meeting we discuss your vision and expectations of your event or wedding. We assist with creating a detailed timeline, contacting all vendors for formal introductions, clarify all contractual obligations and discuss run of show. 

 

Day of Coordination package is billed at $800 which includes up to 4 hours of on-site time at the venue the day of your event. $200 for each additional hour over 4 hours.

Full Service Event Planning

Full Service Event package includes planning and management of your event or wedding from beginning to end. 

 

Unlimited phone and email availability during business hours 9am – 5pm 

 

Unlimited phone and email availability during extended business hours 5pm – 8pm 

 

At least 4 planning meetings between clients and planner

 

Prepare schedule/timeline checklists

 

Assist and schedule site tours, selection and booking of venues

 

Assist with selecting color scheme, theme, and style of wedding

 

Assist with selection of wedding attire and accessories, accompaniment to fittings if desired

 

Assist with finding, negotiating, and booking vendors. We schedule appointments and accompany clients up to three meetings per vendor category

Final walk-through with client at selected sites month of the wedding

 

Final timelines prepared the month of the wedding

 

Final consultation with vendors the month of the wedding

 

Final meeting covering all details with client, the month of wedding and the week prior to the 

 

wedding.

 

 

This two hour planning meeting will include:

 

  • Ceremony planning, processional, recessional, placement

 

  • Preparation of rehearsal and wedding day itinerary as a timeline to be provided to client 

 

  • Final walk-through with client at selected sites month of the wedding  

 

  • Collection and inventory of wedding items to be setup on wedding day, such as candles, and vendors include florist if possible) photographs, guest books, wedding favors, toasting glasses, serving sets, programs, seating cards, table numbers, etc.
